About the CSV Column Counter
Check the maximum column count and find rows whose parsed width differs from the first row.
Consistency check
The first parsed row defines the expected width. Rows with more or fewer cells are counted as inconsistent.

Notes
The first row is displayed as potential header names, but the tool does not assume or enforce a schema.
