Calculate average power from an amount of work or energy and elapsed time.
This calculator finds average power by converting energy and time to joules and seconds.
Average power is P = W ÷ t. One kilojoule is 1,000 J and one watt-hour is 3,600 J.
Using 3,600 J over 60 seconds gives an average power of 60 W.
This is an average over the entered interval and does not show instantaneous peaks, losses or device behavior.
