Estimate theoretical synchronous RPM and a simple slip-adjusted speed.
This calculator applies the standard synchronous-speed relationship for an AC frequency and even pole count.
Synchronous RPM equals 120 times frequency divided by poles. Estimated motor RPM multiplies that speed by one minus slip.
At 50 Hz with four poles, synchronous speed is 1,500 RPM; 4% slip gives an estimate of 1,440 RPM.
This simplified relationship is not motor selection, electrical connection or machinery operating guidance.
