About the Countdown Calculator
This calculator breaks the time remaining before a target into whole days, hours, minutes and seconds at the moment you submit the form.
How it works
The target is compared with the current server time when the calculation runs. Complete days are removed first, followed by hours, minutes and seconds.
Example
If a target is 2 days and 3 hours away, the result separates those units instead of showing only a total number of hours.
Important note
This is a point-in-time calculation rather than a live ticking timer. Recalculate to refresh the result, and consider timezone differences when sharing a target.
