Formula
Daily output equals operators times hours times 60, multiplied by efficiency, then divided by SMV.
Example
Twenty operators working eight hours at 80% efficiency on a 15-minute garment estimate about 512 garments per day.

This planning ratio does not model line balance, changeovers, absenteeism, learning curves or quality losses.
