Use this tool when you need a straightforward day count for a deadline, trip, project window or other calendar interval.
Counting logic
The default result is the absolute number of midnight boundaries between the dates. Inclusive mode adds the final boundary date to the count.
Example
January 1 through January 15 spans 14 days by exclusive counting, or 15 days when the end date is included.
When to use
This calculator is useful for simple calendar spans. For payroll time use Work Hours, and for weekday-only schedules use Business Days.
